Each month you will receive the Bulletin which will keep you up to date with what members are doing and social events they are planning, not just in your own area but all round the country. You will be welcome at any of the events listed and at any of the weekly meetings wherever they are.

You will also receive regular copies of our Icebreakers. These are personal profiles written by members telling you about themselves and inviting you to contact them on a one to one basis. No addresses are printed - just phone numbers and/or Email addresses. This means you can be contacted but not invaded!

The Leisure Interest Directory gives you access to hundreds of other members' interests, so, if yours is anything from Aikido to Zoology you're likely to find someone on the same wavelength.

Perhaps you would like someone to help you with gardening, typing, decorating or some other skill? Then joining our Skill Bank could be the answer.

Get support from our Link members and Welcomers who have volunteered to help you "break the ice".

Use the The Tape Service where you are able to listen to other members and if you like what you hear get in touch with them. You can also make your own tape if you want. And last, but not least, you gain opportunity because that's what you get by using some, or all, of the above - the chance to meet others, find friends - or even more!
